Our Pet Policy

Pet Regulations: Pets Upon Approval
Details: Maximum 2 pets per apartment home.
Dogs must be on pet floors 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 9 or 13.
Cats can be on any level.
120 lbs. is our weight limit for all pets combined.

Pet Rent is $15.00 per pet, per month.

Pet deposits:
$400.00 for 1 pet, ½ non-refundable.
$600.00 for 2 pets, ½ non-refundable.

The following are restricted breeds:
-Hound Dogs
-Dobermans
-Rottweilers
-Akitas
-Mastiffs
